I've built my career on one core belief: you can't build anything meaningful if you don't actually understand people. I'm a communication and marketing expert, but really, I'm just obsessed with connecting cultures and finding smart solutions to messy problems.

My real education? Living in six different countries. It’s why I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and it’s taught me more than any textbook about how to collaborate with partners and get successful projects off the ground for ROOOTIFY.

I’ve been in the trenches. As Managing Director at Singa Games UK, I had to take products from the first wild idea all the way to market launch. I also co-created and ran the Vitória Régia Programme, a volunteer consulting initiative with the Brazilian Consulate in London to help entrepreneurs get their start. Before that, I spent two years leading a massive study at CEACOM (University of São Paulo) to figure out how the 50 biggest organizations in Brazil actually talk to each other.

Sure, I have the paper to back it up—a Master’s in Communication Science and postgrads in Public Relations and Cultural Marketing. But the real lessons always come from listening.
